One more big company, trusted ANDRIANOS, for the study, supply and installation of an industrial high-pressure water misting system, to solve the dust problem in one of the aggregates materials circulation units. This time was the company HERACLES G.C.C. that chose ANDRIANOS misting systems for dust suppression at its facilities at the factory in Volos.
Our company's specialists, after visiting the HERACLES G.C.C. factory to see the problem and get the necessary data, proceeded to the dimensioning study for the supply and installation of two independent industrial dust suppression systems through high-pressure water misting. The goal is the immediate solution to the problem of dust production, which originates from multiple points of conveyor belts for the transport of inert materials.
The two large industrial mistings systems were studied and dimensioned appropriately, so that they can operate by choice, but even on a 24-hour basis of continuous spraying if necessary.
Their equipment consists of the following:
- 1+1 High Pressure piston pumps (H/P) 70bar new generation, with automatic internal decompression circuit of high pressure circular flow lines
- 1+1 External digital Control box for general operation control.
- Two central high-pressure piping networks.
- Industrial connectors and line splitters.
- Special new generation high pressure spray nozzles with integrated anti drip system, with the diameter and water flow of the nozzles varying at each spray point, always according to the original study and dimensioning, for the effective solution of the problem.
