Another major High Pressure Misting project for the suppression of dust and temperature drop in industrial areas which included the design, supply and installation of an automatic industrial high pressure mist system, was successfully completed by ANDRIANOS.
Once again, one of the largest paper recycling factories in Greece, ANYEL Ltd., trusted ANDRIANOS experts to solve the serious problem of dust and heat inside the factory, focusing mainly on the areas of circulation, processing and palletizing of recyclable paper materials.
The experts of ANDRIANOS, visited the factory of ANYEL Ltd. of 1,000 m² and prepared a sizing study for the supply and installation of a very large in volume and number of special nozzles, industrial misting system, where special high pressure pipes of 160bar with a cross section of half an inch were used.
With the special equipment that was studied and dimensioned, the desired result was achieved, which was the elimination of the suspended dust from the circulation of the materials, but also the reduction of the very high temperature inside the factory, in order to significantly improve the working conditions of the staff.
The automatic industrial high-pressure misting system of ANDRIANOS, is designed to operate with continuous injection, but also with the option of time operation controled by digital control box.
Consists of a central three-phase High Pressure Crankshaft Pump (S / P) 70bar, new generation heavy duty industrial type with internal automatic high pressure line decompression system. The network of special ½'' pipes with industrial connectors and the special high-pressure spray nozzles of new generation, with integrated anti drip system and special polypropylene filter, were dimensioned to cover the whole plant according to the given needs. The diameter and the flow rate of the nozzles vary depending on the appropriate application at each point separately. In addition, custom made special misitng rings were installed on existing industrial fans and the On/off mode was selected via industrial high pressure switches..
The automatic internal decompression circuit of the high pressure circular flow lines, was deemed necessary for the cases of time spray, which is adjusted according to the external weather conditions of each season. In this way, the ideal working conditions are created inside the factory, as a result of which the efficiency of the staff and in general the production is increased.
In addition, for the proper operation of the two misitng systems and the protection of the machines from hard water salts, an integrated treatment circuit (filtration and softening) was installed, consisting of a softener with a 50lt resin container, which continuously supplies the whole system with clean water..
For efficient cleaning of the water sediments of the water supply network, two 9 ”filters were placed on the central softening circuit.
With the above actions and with the successful completion of the installation of the system by the certified technicians of ANDRIANOS, the management of the factory of ANYEL Ltd. is completely satisfied, as the working conditions of the staff have been maximally improved (thanks to the dust suppression and the reduction of the temperature) and at the same time the very low operating cost has been achieved, for which the industrial high-pressure mist spray systems are distinguished!
