ANDRIANOS undertook the design, supply and installation of two industrial new generation high pressure misting systems for the facilities of SUNLIGHT Recycling, in Komotini. The ultimate goal of this project was to improve working conditions, by reducing the suspended dust and reducing the temperature in some parts of the factory.
The specialized industrial misting technicians of ANDRIANOS, visited the factory, to evaluate the existing situation and other necessary data required, to proceed to the detailed study and selection of the appropriate industrial misting equipment.
The industrial high pressure misting system of ANDRIANOS, designed and operated 24 hours a day. The new system consists of:
- Two new generation High Pressure (H/P) central piston pumps 70bar with two external control boxes of general operation control.
- Heavy duty industrial fans, to fully cover all the spaces included in the study.
- High pressure piping network.
- Industrial links.
- Special new generation high pressure spray nozzles with integrated anti drip system, with the diameter and water flow of the nozzles varying at each spray point, always according to the original design and dimensioning.
The pumps (H/P) have an automatic internal decompression circuit of the high pressure circular flow lines, circuit which is necessary in cases of time spraying depending on the needs created by the atmosphere and temperature. In this way the optimal working conditions are created inside the factory depending on the season and the external conditions of the environment.
In addition, for the proper operation of the two spray systems and the protection of the machines from hard water salts, an integrated water treatment circuit was installed (filtration and softening), consisting of a softening duo (2 resin containers 75 + 75lt), which supplies the systems with pure softened water on a 24-hour basis. For the effective purification of water sediments of the water supply network, two twin 9 "double filters were installed before and after the central softening circuit.
